1. What this is

Soft 17 is a free entertainment game operated by Soft 17 ("we", "us"), based in England, UK. Some public "house" tables include computer-controlled players, which are clearly marked "BOT". It is played with virtual chips only. Chips have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for anything of value, and no real-money prizes are offered. Playing here is not gambling.

2. Who can play

You must be 18 or over. By using the game you confirm that you are.

3. Your behaviour

Choose a name and chat messages that are not abusive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate others.
Do not try to disrupt the service, exploit bugs, use bots or automated tools, or attack other players.
We may remove names, messages, tables or players at any time, without notice.

4. No guarantees

The game is provided "as is". Tables, chips and chat live in memory and are reset whenever the service restarts or is updated. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

5. Advertising

The game may show advertisements provided by third parties, but only if you agree to them. See the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party ads or the sites they link to.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although this does not affect any rights you have under the law of where you live.
